How to make it
To make the sauce mix, combine olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Minced Ginger, Minced Garlic, and salt in a medium sized bowl and mix it all together.
In a large bowl, add sliced kale, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, rice vinegar, and toasted sesame seeds. Mix it all together.
Garnish with edamame, sliced scallions, avocado slices, and pumpkin seeds.
Season avocado with salt and serve.
