How to make it

  1. Season zucchini with salt, pepper and 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
  2. Grill zucchini on both sides and place in refrigerator until cool. Then dice into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce, Premium Soy Sauce, olive oil and vinegar (Plum-Soy dressing). Set aside.
  4. Assemble pasta and the tomatoes on a platter.
  5. Drizzle Plum-Soy dressing and garnish with parsley.
