How to make it

Preheat oven at 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of Black Bean Garlic Sauce with 2 tablespoons cooking oil to form a paste. Set aside.
In a pan on medium heat, sauté oil, celery, button mushrooms and wild rice for 5 minutes.
Add in remaining 2 tablespoons of Black Bean Garlic Sauce, ginger, sugar and black pepper. Sauté for another 5 minutes.
Stuff Cornish game hens with the cooked rice mixture.
Rub the Cornish game hen with the Black Bean Garlic Sauce and oil paste.
