Heat oil in pan on high heat. Pan-fry chicken until fully cooked. Cool.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, black pepper and sugar. Mix well.
Stir in remainder ingredients. Toss well and transfer mixture into a serving bowl. Top with chicken and serve immediately.
