How to make it

  1. Remove the roots from the cabbage and tear the leaves into pieces with your hands. 
  2. Heat oil in a pot, sauté the dried red pepper and garlic and add cabbage, stir-fry for one minute.
  3. Stir in all the seasonings and mix well to serve.
