How to make it
Marinate the pork belly with a mixture of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce for 10 minutes.
Add the oil to a heated wok and stir-fry the jalapeños and bell peppers. Sautee the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Add the pork belly and stir-fry until fragrant. Add Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood and stir-fry all ingredients until well done.
Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil and mix together. Now your dish is ready to serve – enjoy!
