How to make it

  1. Soak mung bean vermicelli in water until soft. Drain and mix with Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood.
  2. Place seasoned vermicelli on top of scallops. Top with sauce mix.
  3. Steam scallops over high heat for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and fried garlic.
  4. Pour hot oil over scallops and serve immediately.
