This steak sliders recipe packs a ton of flavor into bite-sized sandwiches thanks to an oyster sauce marinade and a hot honey sauce.
Lee Kum Kee's Panda Brand Oyster Sauce is a perfect pairing with steak. Many Asian steak recipes featured oyster sauce as part of the marinade because it adds salt, sweet, and umami flavors in one easy convenient ingredient. Adding it to your steak or burgers for sliders will take the flavor to the next level!
These sliders are finished with a hot honey drizzle made from Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha, which adds a sweet and spicy flavor that pairs perfectly with the savory steak and crisp, acidic slaw. These are great for a quick tailgate meal or gameday eats!
In a small saucepan, combine Honey Sriracha Sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, ½ Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes. Simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Brush generously over both sides of the rested steak, then slice thinly against the grain.
Toast slider buns with butter. Place two squares of cheese on the bottom buns, add sliced glazed steak, slaw, and pickles. Top with buns and serve immediately with any leftover hot honey.
