Marinated with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and finished with a Chili Garlic Sauce butter, there's layers of umami, heat, and garlicky flavor throughout. They're extremely versatile as well, from being topped on garlic noodles to being served on a rice bowl or as the protein to a crisp and light salad. The possibilities are endless!

How to make it

  1. In a bowl, toss steak cubes with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce. You can use these straight away but for max flavor, marinate at room temperature for 15–30 minutes, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches (don’t overcrowd) for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and caramelized. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

  3. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add butter, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Stir for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the spicy garlic butter. Add black pepper and Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and glossy.

  5.  Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with garlic noodles.
