How to make it

  2. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, sour cream, scallions, celery, and salt and pepper. Set aside. 
  3. Heat your oven to 450 degrees. Spread tuna mixture evenly onto 4 pieces of bread.
  4.  Add tomato slices and cheese. Heat until the cheese on top melt and begins to brown or bubble. 
  5. Plate and add Tapatio, to taste.
