  • 10 oz. Tuna in water, drained
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk of celery, diced small
  • 4 slices of thick sliced white bread
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese

Seasoning

  • ¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. whole fat Sour Cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to make it

  2. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, sour cream, scallions, celery, and salt and pepper. Set aside. 
  3. Heat your oven to 450 degrees. Spread tuna mixture evenly onto 4 pieces of bread.
  4.  Add tomato slices and cheese. Heat until the cheese on top melt and begins to brown or bubble. 
  5. Plate and add Tapatio, to taste.
