Sriracha Mayo Deviled Eggs

How to make it

  2. Bring a pot of water to boil over high heat. Lower eggs carefully into water and boil for 8 minutes. Remove eggs immediately from boiling water and place them in a bowl with cold water or an ice bath.
  3. In a food processor, add Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, roasted red peppers, and egg yolks.
  4. Transfer the yolk mixture to a piping bag or a plastic bag. Pipe filling, about a tablespoon, into the hollow center of the egg white. 
  5. Using a fork or knife create vertical lines to resemble the ridges of a pumpkin. When done filling eggs, place a piece of chive at a diagonal at the top of the yolk mixture to resemble a pumpkin stem. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
