How to make it

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and peanut butter. Mix well and set aside.  
  2. In a large baking pan, pour warm water. One at a time, take a sheet of rice paper and dip into the warm water for 15-20 seconds until soft yet slightly firm and pliable. 
  3. Immediately remove and place on a flat working surface (ideally a cutting board), pat the wrap dry. Begin filling it starting at the bottom of the paper to make it easier to roll.  
  4. Fill with a few of each cut fried wonton, carrot sticks, cucumber, hot dogs, cilantro, basil, and butter lettuce. 
  5. Starting with small increments of veggies roll them up tightly like a burrito using your hand to tuck in the filling.  
  6. Cut the rolls in half and place on a serving platter and serve with Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce mixture.
