How to make it
Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
Make the sauce mix by combining Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, mirin, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, brown sugar, chili flakes, in a bowl and then stir ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Heat a pan on high heat and cook steaks 2-3 minutes each side. Season with salt and pepper. Right before pulling the steaks off the pan, brush one side with the sauce and grill briefly to caramelize. Repeat with the other side. Remove steaks and let rest 5-10 minutes.
Spread crema on tortillas and top with steak slices, kimchi, daikon, and cilantro.
