Use a spiralizer to create raw zucchini noodles.

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the zucchini noodles and cook until barely tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar, tahini sesame paste, sugar, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. Stir to combine.

Pour this sauce over your cooked zoodles and toss.

Place in two serving bowls and top with green onion, sesame seeds and top with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil for additional heat. Enjoy!
