In a large mixing bowl, place chopped pepperoni, roast turkey, salami, provolone cheese, banana peppers, tomatoes, and diced red onion and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried basil and oregano. Combine the sauce mix with the meat and cheese mixture.
Season with salt and pepper and place in the fridge until ready to use.
