How to make it
Add the butter to a large skillet and let it melt completely over medium heat.
Stir in the onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the rest of the sauce mix ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring frequently.
Check for seasoning and add salt and pepper if desired, then add the hard-boiled eggs.
Cook for 1 minute until eggs are warmed through.
Top with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil and green onions. Enjoy!
