How to make it

  1. Roughly chop eggs into small pieces and place them into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the celery, green onion stems, and bulbs and mix.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, mustard, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and pour onto the egg mixture.

  4. Carefully stir all ingredients together. Serve with crackers or on bread, or eat this sriracha egg salad right from the bowl!
