How to make it

  1. Roughly chop eggs into small pieces, place in a mixing bowl and set aside.  
  2. Prepare, slice and dice the celery, green onion stems, and bulbs, then add into the mixing bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, mustard, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour onto the egg mixture. 
  4. Carefully stir all ingredients together, serve with crackers or eat it the way it is!
