Place the cut potatoes into a bowl of cold water. Allow the potatoes to soak for a few minutes then drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add in the chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorn. Fry until aromatic. Then add in the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger. Fry for 5 seconds.
Add in the potatoes and stir fry until cooked through. Then mix in salt, Lee Kum Kee Selected Seasoned Aromatic Vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.
Remove the wok from heat. Garnish with cilantro and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
