How to make it

  1. Place sliced cucumbers on plate.
  2. Soak jelly sheet into hot water until tender. Drain, slice into pieces and place on top of cucumber. 
  3. Mix seasoning well. Pour the mixed sauces over the jelly sheet. Ready to serve.
  4. Tips: 

    1. Jelly sheet can be substituted by Konnyaku.
    2. Using Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Sichuan Hot & Spicy Hot Pot in a cold dish is innovative.  Mixing with Lee Kum Kee Peanut Flavored Sauce easily creates a fusion and yet authentic flavor of Sichuan spicy cold dish.
