  • 50 g (2 oz) cucumber, finely diced
  • 50 g (2 oz) jicama, finely diced
  • 8 g (1/2 oz) wood-ear mushrooms
  • 50 g (2 oz) five-spice dried bean curd
  • 50 g (2 oz) carrot, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. wasabi
  • 2 tsp. sugar

How to make it

  1. Soak wood-ear mushrooms until soft. Blanch bean curd, spinach, and mushrooms in boiling water separately, one after the other. Take out each and rinse in cold water. Drain and finely dice.
  2. Chill all ingredients. To serve, combine with Seasoning Mix, toss well, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
