In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, maple syrup, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, avocado oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger. Set it aside for later.
Arrange the watermelon, cucumber, shallot, jalapeño, and cilantro onto a large dish or platter. Drizzle the dressing over top. Garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!
