How to make it

  1. Pat the surface of the tuna with Lee Kum Kee Black Peppercorn Grinder and then set aside. Peel the cucumber, cut it into strips, and place it on a plate. 
  2. Heat the pan, pour in the oil, fry the tuna until golden brown on medium heat, remove from the pan, cut into half-inch thick pieces, and place them on the cucumber sticks.
  3. Mix the dipping sauce ingredients thoroughly and serve.
  4. Tips: You can buy pre-cut tuna at the supermarket.
