Bring water to a boil. Cook the instant noodles for 3 minutes, then drain and divide between two bowls. Set aside.
Add the beef into the boiling water. Cook through, then drain and lay the slices over the noodles.
Dissolve one pack of Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Satay Hot Pot in five cups of boiling water. Pour the sauce over the beef and noodles and mix to combine. Serve immediately – and enjoy some mouthwatering satay beef noodles!
Tip: to take these noodles to the next level, try adding other ingredients, such as mushrooms, meatballs and vegetables. You can also use your favorite type of noodles to make the recipe your own.
