In a bowl, mix the salmon cubes, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce, rice vinegar and Pure Sesame Oil.
Cover and let that sit in the fridge.
Make the poke bowl by starting with white rice or a salad. Topped ½ cup marinated salmon, pickled cucumber, avocado, and other toppings of your choosing.
Finally, drizzle with top of the poke bowl with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo.
