How to make it

  1. Rinse the pork neck and slice into 1 cm-thick pieces.
  2. Mix well remaining ingredients and seasoning sauce to create marinade. Add sliced pork neck and marinate 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F, bake pork neck for about 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Plate and ready to serve.
