Roasted Ginger Maple Salmon

How to make it

Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and microwave until it just reaches a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat oven to 425F. Spread salmon filets in a single layer, skin side down, in a baking pan sprayed with cooking oil. Roast uncovered, about 9-11 minutes, until salmon is just barely cooked through.
Serve over noodles or rice, and top with spoonfuls of sauce.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
