The second thing you need is some Lee Kum Kee sauces to infuse flavor directly into the broth while the soup cooks. Premium Soy Sauce adds a burst of umami and aroma, while a one-two combo of Sriracha Chili Sauce and Chiu Chow Chili Crisp Oil add layers of complex heat to spice up this dumpling noodle soup recipe!

How to make it

  1. In the rice cooker bowl, combine chicken broth, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy SauceLee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili SauceLee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp OilLee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic.
  2. Stir the broth, then gently add frozen dumplings and noodles into the cooker. Stir lightly to avoid sticking. Close the lid and set the rice cooker to Cook (or Soup function if available). Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until dumplings and noodles are cooked through and the dumplings float.
  3. In the final 3–5 minutes, stir in spinach or bok choy and green onions. Close the lid and let them wilt gently in the hot broth. Ladle soup and dumplings into bowls. Top with more sriracha or chili oil and garnish with sesame seeds
