How to make it

  1. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a pan and pan-fry the diced pork until browned. 
  2. Place into a slow cooker (if using) with all remaining ingredients and seasonings. Season to taste. 
  3. Cook 4-6 hours on high or 8 hours on low. 
  4. Add more water as needed. Add a little corn starch to thicken as required. 
  5. Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
