How to make it
Heat 1 tsp. oil in a pan and pan-fry the diced pork until browned.
Place into a slow cooker (if using) with all remaining ingredients and seasonings. Season to taste.
Cook 4-6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Add more water as needed. Add a little corn starch to thicken as required.
Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
