How to make it

  1. Toast the bread until it reaches the desired level of toastiness. 
  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo onto each slice of bread. 
  3. Layer the baby spinach, red cabbage, sliced tomato, sliced avocado, and carrots onto 2 slices of bread. Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread. 
  4. Cut the sandwiches in half and enjoy!
