In a large bowl mix all ingredients for pork patties together until fully combined. Portion into 4 equal patties, about ⅓” thick.
Preheat the grill to medium. Add pork patties to the grill and allow to cook without moving for 5-7 minutes. Flip the patties and repeat with the other side for additional 5-7 minutes, or until internal temperature of 160°F.
To assemble the burgers: Add some Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs) to both sides of the toasted buns and top with the pork patty, cucumbers, jalapeños, cilantro and plenty of pickled vegetables. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
