How to make it
Sautee spinach with 2 Tbsp. cooking oil. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce. Cook mixture until spinach is cooked. Keep warm and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, sugar and 1 Tbsp. olive oil (Premium Oyster Sauce mixture).
Marinate pork with premium oyster sauce mixture for 30 minutes.
Thread meat, vegetables and fruit on a skewer alternately. Grill pork kabobs until fully cooked.
Serve with rice pilaf and baby spinach.
