How to make it

  1. Cut the bread in half lengthwise. On one side, spread the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo and then top that side with tomatoes and avocado.

  2. Add sliced onions to the opposite side then top with bean sprouts.
  3. Add roast beef on top of tomatoes and drizzle Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce on top of the beef. Finally, top sauce with cilantro and basil.

  4. Put the sandwich back together.
  5. Slice sub in half down the middle and serve.
