Stir in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Add a splash of water or broth to adjust the consistency if needed. Simmer uncovered for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
While the sauce simmers, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
