For a lazy, stress-free way to enjoy the flavors of dumplings at home, it doesn't get better than this no fold dumpling recipe.

The dumpling filling itself doesn't change much, as you don't miss out on any of the flavors. Thanks to Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, getting the umami into every bite is effortless as well. From there, follow the techniques in the recipe steps to below to get crispy and juicy bites that give you everything you crave about dumplings, even if you're not as confident in folding.

The last key component to this recipe is the dipping sauce - a crucial condiment that adds layers of umami and complex heat. This one couldn't be simpler, with Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce and Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil doing all of the heavy lifting. It'll taste like you spent hours, but in reality, the entire recipe will be done in just over 30 minutes!

How to make it

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, 2 stalks’ worth of the chopped green onions, and cabbage. Mix until evenly combined.

  2. Arrange the dumpling wrappers on a work surface. Add about 1 tablespoon of filling to the center of each wrapper. Gently scrunch and pleat the edges upward around the filling, leaving the tops open so the filling is still exposed.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.

  4. Heat the neutral oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Arrange the dumplings wrapper-side down in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the bottoms begin to crisp. Pour the cornstarch slurry into the skillet and immediately cover. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, until the filling is cooked through and the bottoms develop a crispy golden crust. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes more, until extra crisp.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce. Serve the dumplings hot with the dipping sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and the remaining chopped green onions.
