Heat one tablespoon of the oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the chili and garlic to the pan and cook for 10 seconds. Then add in the onion and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken to the pan and cook until it is mostly cooked through and the outside is white. Pour in 1 tablespoon of the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce and cook the chicken for another minute until it lightly browns.

Add the remaining 1 ½ tablespoons of oil into the pan. When the oil has heated, add in the rice, the remaining tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce, and shrimp paste.

Cook and stir the rice until it absorbs the sauces and caramelizes.

Serve the nasi goreng with a fried egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lime wedges. Garnish with cilantro leaves and enjoy!
