Stir-fry minced chicken leg meat till golden brown and filter juice.
Add oil to the heated pot, stir-fry minced ginger, minced Garlic and chopped onion, then stir-fry with chopped bamboo shoot and stir-fried minced chicken leg meat until sauce evaporates; then put in all the seasoning to stir-fry until evenly coated with sauce.
Stir-fry with chopped green onion (white part) and chopped cilantro. Sprinkle crashed deep-freied wanton wrap on the surface.
