How to make it
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt. Reduce the heat to a simmer and add in the tofu. Cook for 1 minute. Drain the tofu and set it aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add in the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, green onions, and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil. Heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add in the ground pork, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Cook for about 2-4 minutes.
Mix in the Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce (Toban Djan) and cook for 1 minute. Then add in the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, chicken stock, granulated sugar, and Sichuan peppercorns. Mix to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
Combine the cornstarch and water together in a small bowl to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the wok and mix. Cook until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then mix in the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and tofu. Remove the wok from heat and garnish the dish with sliced green onions. Enjoy!
