Mix eggs, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and splash of milk together in a large bowl.

Add butter and olive oil in the pan and melt butter on medium-low heat. When ready add the egg mixture and cook for a few minutes but not fully.

Carve a large cavity length-wise in the bread and hollow out, leaving a boat for your eggs and sausage. Layer cheese, then layer eggs and finally top with the sausage, making sure to cover the whole surface (sausage with shrink).

Heat griddle or large cast iron pan on medium heat. Lightly oil and place bread, meat side down, on the hot griddle. Press the top with the spatula. Flip and repeat. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side. If sausage isn’t fully cooked, place in oven at 350°F until meat reaches 165°F.
