Heat oil and sauté meat over low heat. Turn off heat after meat is fully cooked and completely separated. Put 1 pkg. of Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Mabo Tofu over meat and mix well.

Add tofu to pan and stir gently. Cover with a lid and continue to cook over low heat.

Sprinkle scallions on top. Cook over high heat until sauce is thickened.

Tip: The tofu will taste even better if blanching in boiling water for 2 minutes and then draining before adding to the pan to cook.
