Combine the ground beef, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wrap, Lee Kum Kee Coarse Ground Black Pepper, salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Then form 2 patties and press a thumbprint into the center. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 155ºF. Add 2 slices of cheese onto each burger and let it melt. Remove to a plate lined with a paper towel to catch any extra grease.
Divide a lettuce leaf onto each plate, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, top with burger patties, tomato slices, red onion slices and drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs) and top each burger with another lettuce leaf. Serve warm and enjoy!
