Lemongrass Chili Hoisin Baked Chicken

How to make it

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides then place into a bowl along with the Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes until ready to bake. 
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F, then grease a baking dish and set aside. 
  3. Chop up the potatoes and place into the dish and place the chicken on top.
  4. Drizzle a little more Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce over and sprinkle in some fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, etc.).
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are fork tender. 
  6. Garnish with more fresh herbs if desired and serve right away.
