In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce, salt, pepper and chicken. Give it a good toss and set aside.
In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat, add the vegetable oil and wait till it gets warm. Add in chicken coated in Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce, mixing occasionally until it has reached the internal temperature of 165°F.
Slice the bread rolls and fill with chicken, carrots, red cabbage. Top with sliced jalapeños, red bell peppers, cilantro and mint. Serve with sliced limes.
