How to make it

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil an ovenproof skillet or coat with nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine corn, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, sugar, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, pepper, salt and about half of the cheese.
  4. Spread corn mixture into the prepared skillet; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Place into oven and bake until bubbly, about 15 minutes. Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions. Enjoy!
