Place the beef, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce, honey, ketchup, and 150ml of water into the slow cooker and stir well.
Place lid on and cook on HIGH for 3.5 hours or LOW for 5.5 hours. When the beef is tender, add the remaining 300ml of boiling water, the dried noodles, the sliced pepper and sugar snap peas to the slow cooker.
Stir everything together well, replace the lid and cook until the noodles are just cooked, about 30 minutes. (You may need to stir as it cooks a couple of times.)
Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
