How to make it
Combine Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, chopped red chilis, garlic, ginger and Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce in a large bowl. Add in the sliced beef and coat to marinate. Cover and let that marinate for 3 hours, or for better results overnight. Save half the sauce for later.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Fry the marinated beef mixture until cooked through and then take out and set aside.
Add in the halved bok choy, green onions, water and then cover and let steam until vegetables have softened. About 5 minutes.
Add the meat back into the skillet along with the other half of the sauce. Give a few final tosses and then plate.
