How to make it
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Brown the ground beef along with the Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat, until beef is crumbled and cooked through. Drain any fat and return the pan to the stove.
In a small bowl, add the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, brown sugar and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and mix. Pour into ground beef mixture. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes to blend flavors. Set aside to cool.
Unfold then lay a sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured flat surface and roll out slightly to remove creases. Brush lightly with egg mixture. Sprinkle with half the sliced green onions then follow with half of the ground beef mixture. Roll tightly into a log. Freeze until firm but still sliceable, about 20 minutes.
Slice the log into 1/4-inch-thick rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
