How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a heart-shaped muffin pan with melted butter.

     

    In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth, then stir in cheddar cheese, spinach, red bell pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

     

    Bake for 16–18 minutes until set in the center and lightly golden on the edges. Let cool slightly, then remove from the pan.

  3.  Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Original just before serving.
