How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. 
  2. Spray muffin tray with oil and then line a piece of ham into each cup, making sure it comes up over the sides. 
  3. Add in a sprinkle of cheddar cheese then crack an egg into each cup. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the egg is cooked through. 
  5. Take out and put a dollop of Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo on each egg garnish with chopped chives and pepper to taste (optional).
