How to make it
In a medium bowl, add Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), red wine vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, salt, pepper, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Italian seasoning, pepperoncini peppers, red onion and Parmesan cheese, and whisk to combine. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
To assemble the sandwiches: Slice the loaves of bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out some of the bread from each side (this will make the loaves look like boats). This will help make room for the toppings.
Layer the bottom with slices of cheese and add the meats. Season the tomato slices with salt and pepper; place on top of the meats and cheese.
In a bowl, toss together the lettuce with some of the dressing. Top the sandwich with the salad, followed by the top bun.
Slice into pieces with a large serrated knife. Enjoy!
